Licensed since 2005, Debbie has earned a wide variety of awards and accreditations. Earning these designations shows a commitment to knowledge and excellence in her field which allows her to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
In March 2013, she earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation joining the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) which represent the top 2% of Realtors® nationwide. That same year, Debbie was also the 2013 recipient of the NC Real Estate Commission’s Phillip T. Fisher Scholarship award for outstanding academic achievement in the CRS program.
In February of 2019, after 13 years of affiliation with large franchises, she joined the boutique firm of ProStead Realty in Charlotte, NC where experience is a criteria for employment. It is the perfect fit for her as she continues to “provide the personalized service that YOU deserve”.

Outside of real estate, she finds joy in being surrounded by her large family which includes her husband, 3 children, their spouses and her beloved 10 grandchildren. In her spare time, Debbie loves to entertain, sew, garden and decorate cakes.
